• Women must be protected from the ugly cycle of abuse at the hands of their spouse or significant others.

• Women must be free from harassment and intimidation tactics when exercising their constitutional right to choose. The State Attorney's office will ensure that the laws are followed to effectuate a woman's right to choose.

• Our children must be safe and protected at school and at home. Neither bullying, nor cyberbullying, nor harassment will be tolerated. Anti-Bullying laws will be strictly enforced and violators will be prosecuted. Tough punishments for this type of harassment and intimidation will be sought under Robert’s supervision. Robert will work tirelessly to educate the public on bullying and help to develop programs targeted at prevention of youth violence.

• Early intervention and graduated sanctions must be implemented to reduce delinquency.

• Robert will provide leadership, direction and resources to the juvenile justice community to help prevent serious and violent delinquency and improve our juvenile justice system. Juvenile offenders are held accountable to individual victims and the community to enhance public safety.

• Those who enjoy the public trust must not be corrupt. The State Attorney’s Office should not condone improprieties by public officials.

• Those who seek to use their public influence for personal benefit will be prosecuted. The State Attorney’s Office must investigate allegations surrounding official misconduct.

• Under Robert’s supervision, the State Attorney’s Office will rid society of political corruption. Politicians who commit crime must be investigated and prosecuted. Our community continues to be inhabited and corroded by unlawful political hacks. These offenders should and must be brought to justice.

• Death is different. Robert has tried approximately 20 death penalty jury trials as a Palm Beach County Assistant State Attorney and local criminal defense attorney. Robert is qualified under Florida law to be lead counsel in death penalty work.

• None of Robert’s opponents are so qualified. Neither one of Robert’s opponents have Robert’s capital litigation experience. Robert is the only candidate with these credentials. Robert is also the only candidate who has the knowledge and experience surrounding any and all death penalty issues.

• Since Florida has the Death Penalty, Palm Beach County needs a candidate who can harness the knowledge and experience necessary to make prosecutorial decisions concerning the imposition of the death penalty. Robert is the only candidate who has this perspective and experience.

• Crimes of hatred and prejudice will not be tolerated. People should not be targeted because of their sex, race, religion, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation or any other unlawful reason.

• The State Attorney’s Office must protect all classes of people under the Hate Crimes Act. Robert will dedicate himself and the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office to the prevention of these crimes and to bringing justice to those who commit any type of Hate Crime.

• Robert will vigorously enforce the environmental laws in Palm Beach County and prosecute  those individuals and corporations who pollute our precious communities, beaches, and waterways.

• Polluters must be stopped from their flagrant disregard of our environmental laws, regardless of their wealth or their power or their political influence.

• Animals cannot protect themselves. Under Robert's supervision, the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office will ensure that all anti-cruelty laws are enforced. Robert will prosecute all acts of animal cruelty.

• Any person or entity that mistreats or neglects animals will be brought to justice.
